5. Terms & Conditions

5.1 Scope

These Terms apply to all digital products and B2B services provided by Nomadorix Holdings L.L.C-FZ via the Site.

7. Refund / Cancellation Policy

 

7.1 General Policy (B2B Digital Services)

Due to the nature of digital B2B services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the digital content/service has been granted or the service has started.

 

7.2 Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase AND before access/activation of the digital service is granted.

If access has already been granted or the service has started, cancellation is not allowed.

 

7.3 Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate charge / double payment
• A technical issue caused by us that prevents access/delivery and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

 

7.4 Refund Method and Processing Time

If a refund is approved, refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer (original mode of payment).

Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the card issuing bank.
